Take a moment to envision what it would feel like if you had all the support in the world. What would your life look like if you knew that you could never fail? What country do you live in? What does your home look like? What kind of feelings are you experiencing? What does it smell like? What do you look like? Who are you surrounded by and how does love show up in that vision? Envision this life. Feel this life in its entirety. This is how you start cultivating your desirable future. Then, take this vision and break it down into long and short terms goals. By envisioning your dreams with conviction, you practice feeling your desired outcome instantaneously. Hold on to moments of joy; you can carry them with you. You can tap into practicing who you want to be in this present moment. All it takes time, patience, trial, and error, paired with working towards attainable goals that lead you in the direction of your dreams.

Here comes another series of questions: Who would you be and what would you do if you knew that there was an invincible army protecting you? Waiting for you to take the lead. How courageous and brave would you be? Are you willing to sacrifice unhealthy relationships; negative self-talk? Are you willing to start building that trust within yourself and walk in faith? Either by yourself or with a higher power?

It may come as a surprise, but that army is already there. Surrounding you and protecting you, even if you can't see it right away. It has been inside of you this entire time. Life has a way of guiding you to your dreams when you continue to put in the effort. So too does this army protect you, from the paths unfit for your walking. When things don't go as planned or if there is a detour, remind yourself that its okay. When you keep the big picture in mind, you realize that there are paths you hadn't seen before. Remember your reason and values; your passions and desires. Ease with the ebb and flow of your reality, be flexible with life's tide. If you are still, if you are quiet, you can feel your "army."Allow them them to support you through your life's journey as you continue to trust yourself and the bigger picture fully. Sacrifices will have to be made.

I am not talking about sacrificing the best parts of yourself or your life in order to work to death. Rather, I am talking about the hard sacrifices you will have to make: learning how to move away from trauma, from negative self-talk, from toxicity. Learning how to be vulnerable with yourself and with other people. Shift your gears into moving forward in life; your world is in the palm of your hands. Sacrifice the parts of yourself that no longer add to achieving your goals. The parts that barricade you from becoming the person that you want to be. Unfortunately, there will be some challenging losses to bare along the way. Sometimes we lose friends that don't support us, believe in us, or see our vision. Just know that the right people will come into your life at the right time.

In order to continue to more forward, there has to be a great level of constant and consistent reflection. Assess your life and then adapt to create a new plan if things are not aligning with your goals. Sometimes we need more time to understand what's working and what's not, and that's okay. Enjoy the ride. Focus on the good things and celebrate all of your successes both big and (especially) small! If you want to travel more often but don't have the big bucks yet, travel closer to home. Become a tourist in your city. Follow your heart. Practice talking to strangers; you never know who you will meet or what lessons will come your way. Your dreams can come true. The way you attain your goals will be custom to what you have to offer, even if it seems strange to others. They may not understand, and that's fine- just focus on you and your life. Through sacrifice- resilience, confidence, and purpose will be born.

Don't be afraid to be the leader of your life.
