Create Your Own Luck
FALSE DICE

Hi! My name is Haley.
A mental and physical health advocate & life style blogger.
Originally born and raised in the desert, I moved to the Pacific North West for a change of pace and scenery. Growing up, I navigated the challenges of divorce at a young age, the pressures of small town peer groups, and the destruction of less than healthy influences on my life. Making the necessary tweaks I needed to 'change my life direction', I lost many friends and began to grow from what I had once become accustomed to. I realized around the time I was seventeen that I was gay, and entered into my first lesbian relationships. Those of which were, unfortunately, incredibly toxic and abusive. From those moments forward I dedicated my life to furthering my self discovery and education. I am currently in school for my Bachelor's of Science, working full time, and spend most of my free time in the gym, out in nature, or with family and loved ones. I have decided to start this blog, with the help of my partner Zoe, in order to bring awareness to common struggles, thoughts, toxic traits, mental and physical health ailments, and the journey to self love and healing.

Thank you for joining me on my journey!

Hey, my name is Zoe.
A mental health professional and physical health advocate.

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon but moved around starting when I was eighteen. I've lived in California and Texas, but have recently found myself back in Oregon. Throughout my life I have dealt with extreme loss, hardship, and abuse. I have seen things that I could have lived without, but have chosen to learn from them and grow instead. I am currently working for a youth centered organization that provides support for high risk transition age youth. I value deep and honest communication, understanding, and trust. Having worked as a massage therapist and developed a passion for fighting, I find that peace of mind resonates through both body and emotion. Martial arts and curiosity have saved my life; both the physical and emotional aspects, that of which I hope to share with you. I have decided to work on this blog with my partner Haley, in order to bring awareness to the topics that don't get enough attention.
